The discovery placement allows prospective franchisees to experience the Feu Vert Auto Center environment from the inside while helping them envision themselves in their future role as a Feu Vert franchise owner.
All discovery placements take place in our company-owned Auto Centers to ensure candidates receive dedicated guidance from our Center Managers. Lasting approximately one week (depending on the candidate's profile), the placement provides a fully immersive experience. During this time, the team introduces candidates to the day-to-day operations of the Auto Center, its various departments, and its working methods. The Center Manager oversees the placement and is available throughout the week to answer any questions.
The objective of the placement is to help candidates determine whether they can see themselves successfully managing a Feu Vert Auto Center. They also gain firsthand experience with our product ranges, operational procedures, IT systems, workshop environment, and customer service approach.
At the end of the placement, both the Center Manager and the candidate complete an evaluation questionnaire.

Finally, a meeting is held between the Development Team and the candidate to discuss their motivation and review the placement experience. Following this meeting, both parties decide whether to continue with the Feu Vert franchise approval process.
