Discovery: Let’s get to know each other and define your project

Step 1: Submit your application file

Following the submission of your application on our website, the franchise development team will review your file and ensure that it contains all the necessary elements required to evaluate your franchise application. If this is not the case, you will be contacted again by the Feu Vert team.

Step 2: Interview with the franchise recruitment team

Once your file has been reviewed, you will be invited to speak by phone with Mélinda Compard, Franchise Recruitment Officer at Feu Vert, in order to introduce you to the brand and its advantages, discuss your motivation, and define the main priorities of your project.

It is important to have as much information as possible before making a commitment. That is why the entire process and the support provided by the brand will be presented to you. At the same time, we will review your file, mobility, and profile to ensure that you have the skills and personality required to manage a Feu Vert center.

Step 3: Signing a confidentiality agreement

Following the initial contact and presentation, we will ask you to confirm your interest in our brand. Likewise, we will confirm our agreement to continue your validation process.

You will therefore sign a confidentiality agreement electronically for the next stage of the process. This legal document protects the Feu Vert brand and its business model, as key and strategic data may be shared with you.

Step 4: Review of Feu Vert key figures

You will receive a document including all the brand’s financial data such as detailed expense items, franchise fees, ratios and margins, average turnover, etc.

This information will allow you to better understand the business model and investments required for a Feu Vert center linked to the Auto Center project.

Step 5: In-person or video conference meeting

At this stage, it is an opportunity to get to know each other better. Aymeric Grison, Head of the Development Department, will participate in this meeting alongside Mélinda Compard. We will discuss your project in greater detail and answer your questions regarding the financial data or the operation of an Auto Center.

Step 6: Discussions with two franchisees from the network

To gain feedback on our network, you will be connected with two Feu Vert franchisees. These constructive discussions will allow you to ask practical questions to franchisees who are already operating their business. It is also a great opportunity for you to get to know members of the network.

Step 7: 5-day discovery internship in an Auto Center

The discovery internship is a mandatory and essential step for future franchisees. It will allow you to discover the various positions within a Feu Vert Auto Center, our tools, product ranges, and working methods. The main goal is to help you picture yourself within a Feu Vert operation and confirm that this project is right for you.

Step 8: Debriefing after the internship

After returning from the discovery internship, you will be able to review your experience with Mélinda Compard and share your feedback. You may discuss your perception of the visited structures, reinforce your motivation to become an entrepreneur in the auto center sector, as well as the perceived advantages and disadvantages of the Feu Vert franchise.

Step 9: Phone or video conference with the Franchise Director for your region

The Regional Director oversees the franchise Auto Centers within their region and supports franchisees throughout their project and operations. At this stage, the Regional Director will want to ensure that your operational vision matches the level of commitment expected by our brand.

Step 10: Validation meeting at Feu Vert headquarters

At this stage, a meeting at the headquarters is scheduled with the development team in order to begin essential discussions regarding our future collaboration. Please note that the final approval of the project will depend on several factors that will be discussed during these exchanges.

Step 11: Drafting of the Feu Vert approval agreement

During this meeting at our headquarters, you will have the opportunity to meet Mr. Éric VIAU, Franchise Network Director, to finalize our collaboration and approve your project.

This step marks the final selection of your application and will allow you to obtain official approval to launch your project.
