Where do you currently stand in your development, and what are your medium- and long-term growth ambitions?

Feu Vert will continue to pursue its development strategy. We are committed to expanding both our company-owned network through the opening of new branches and our franchise network. The objective is to strengthen our existing coverage.

In the long term, we hope to maintain a similar pace of expansion, with around ten new openings per year.

Master franchise development is also a strategic growth axis, as demonstrated by our presence in Morocco.

What type of franchisees are you looking for?

We are primarily looking for entrepreneurs with strong customer loyalty skills, managers, and business operators. Previous experience in the automotive industry is not required.

What are the key aspects of the support provided to franchisees?

We support our franchisees from the very beginning of their project through our Franchise Network. Their business project is often combined with a customized training program tailored to the franchisee’s profile.

Regular follow-up meetings are organized during the training period with the sector’s Regional Director. We also conduct at least two coordination meetings, allowing franchisees to benefit from a precise project timeline and meet all the Feu Vert teams involved in the project.

Of course, we continue to support our franchisees in their day-to-day operations.

What are the future prospects for your market?

We are evolving alongside current market changes, particularly in the maintenance of electric vehicles. We train our teams to obtain electrical certifications. As vehicles become increasingly technical, maintenance services will increasingly be shared between Auto Centers and dealerships.

For several years now, we have also been committed to supporting our customers in adopting sustainable mobility solutions.
