Afrique Franchise is committed to building a thriving franchise ecosystem in the DRC

A concrete example of AfriqueFranchise.com's work alongside its partners to structure and develop franchising in Africa.

On May 8th, AfriqueFranchise.com took part in Franchise Day held in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo. During this event, our team shared its expertise on the foundations of a thriving ecosystem for franchise development in support of the local economy.

Our contribution highlighted the importance of:

  • an appropriate regulatory framework, including a code of ethics and a pre-contractual disclosure document (FDD),
  • support from authorities and economic stakeholders through legislative audits,
  • and the implementation of training programs for future franchisees and franchisors, similar to those already conducted in Tunisia and Algeria.
