Thierry ROUSSET has held General Management and Development Management positions in major brands such as Subway®, McDonald's®, Burger King®, Quick®, etc. but he has also been a franchisee of Subway® and Dunkin'Donuts® as well as the Exclusive Agent of Le Kiosque à Pizzas® for Spain and Portugal.
He is also regularly involved as a "Franchise Expert" with the US Department of Commerce - Commercial Law Development Program.
He founded QSR Consultant® in 2012 in order to offer his expertise to franchisors of all sizes and has since worked on numerous projects from London to Dubai via Istanbul or Budapest.
He has travelled on business to over 60 countries and is fluent in Spanish, English and French.
